Shipping and Returns

  • REFUND POLICY: All sales for online conferences and signed editions are final. No refunds.
  • SHIPPING: Please allow two to four weeks for shipping on all orders with one or more signed paperback or hardcover book editions. 
  • DUPLICATE ORDERS: If you accidentally create a duplicate order by mistake, we will hold your shipments and contact you for instructions on how you wish to proceed.
  • MULTIPLE ORDERS: When you place multiple orders for different products going to the same ship-to address, we’ll consolidate your unfilled orders. Any available discounts and shipping savings will be returned to you.
  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. If your order is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you with reshipment postage costs and instructions.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship all international orders via USPS International Priority Mail as insured merchandise. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number. We do not guarantee delivery to any international address so be sure to review your shipping address before clicking the Continue button.
  • ELECTRONIC DELIVERY: If you do not receive an email from our system with download instructions or login, please check your spam folder to see if was sent there by mistake.
